A physical street address or P.O. Box number must be provided for a shipping address. Orders with a P.O. Box number in the shipping address will be delivered via the Economy delivery method. Delivery to a commercial address may only be completed by standard or express delivery methods (subject to applicable fees).
We only ship to locations within Canada. We do not ship to international addresses.
We also offer free in-store pick-up at all of our retail store locations (subject to product availability at retail store locations).
Order delivery times may vary based on product availability and how your item is being shipped. The delivery timeframes you see at checkout are only estimates and are based on the method of delivery:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
In addition to these timeframes, please allow up to 3-5 business days for our team to process your order for shipment. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, orders may take longer to ship out from the time they were originally placed.

JD Sports is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. If the shipment tracking status shows “Delivered” and you are unable to locate the shipment.
JD Sports is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these circumstances. It is your responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package to the shipping address you listed in your order.
However, if you placed your order for delivery to a residential address and the delivery is past the estimated delivery date,you have not received your order, or your order has been marked as “Delivered” but cannot be locate, please contact Customer Experience for assistance.
