JD Creator Collective: Application Terms

These terms cover the application stage only. The creator agreement is a separate document, signed at onboarding.

1. About the program

The JD Creator Collective is a creator program operated by JD Sports Canada. These terms apply to your application. If you are selected, a separate creator agreement will govern your participation, including deliverables, payment and content usage.

2. Who can apply

To apply you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Be a resident of Canada

• Have at least one active public social media account

Employees of JD Sports Canada are eligible to apply.

3. How selection works

We review every application we receive. Places in the program are limited, so submitting an application does not on its own create an agreement between you and JD Sports Canada, or a commitment to select you or offer compensation. We choose applicants based on content quality, audience, location and program fit. We may not be able to give individual feedback on every application.

4. Your information

You confirm that the information in your application is accurate and that it is your own. We collect and use your information as described in our privacy notice. If you are not selected for the current intake, we may keep your application on file for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future Creator Collective opportunities. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by contacting privacy@finishline.com.

5. Content you send us

Any content you link to or submit as a sample remains yours. You are giving us permission to view and assess it as part of the application process. We will publish, edit, or use it in advertising only if you are selected and have signed a creator agreement.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use anything you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. If you are selected

Selection is confirmed once you sign a creator agreement. That agreement will set out deliverables, payment, content usage rights and the disclosure requirements that apply when you post content in connection with JD Sports Canada. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship.

7. Changes to the program

We may update these terms, change the application window, or close the program. The current version of these terms will always be posted here.

8. Language

These terms are available in English and French. Both language versions are intended to have equal effect, subject to applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle, or rule and notwithstanding your domicile, residence, or physical location.
